IDBank issued the 1st tranche of bonds of 2026

On November 27, 2025, IDBank placed registered coupon bonds under the abbreviation AMANLBBM4ER2 through a public offering on the following terms:

Total volume - 10 million dollars

Annual interest rate - 5%

Bond maturity - 36 months (3 years)

Bond payment – ​​6 months

Start of issue/placement – ​​November 27, 2025

End of placement – ​April 27, 2026

Maturity date – November 27, 2028

The bonds will be placed from November 27, 2025 to April 27, 2026 inclusive. It should be noted that this is the 34th issue of IDBank's dollar bonds.

After the placement, the bonds will be listed in the “Armenian Stock Exchange” OJSC. The bonds will be quoted through the Marketmaker.
