Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, together with the World Bank's Regional Director Roland Price, representatives of the Armenian government, and the World Bank, discussed the progress of programs being implemented with the World Bank. This was reported by the government's press service.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the bank's investment in Armenia's development programs, highlighting the effectiveness of continuous cooperation in all strategic directions.
The parties exchanged views on the performance of current loan and grant programs, with a total value of about 818 million US dollars.
The ongoing programs cover energy, water, health, modernization of public systems, and tourism sectors.
The parties reaffirmed their readiness to continue strategic cooperation on the implementation of current programs and the exploration of new cooperation opportunities.
