The State Revenue Committee of the RA presents the remainder of the quota for tariff privileges with a zero percent import duty rate on electric vehicles classified under codes 8703 80 000 3 and 8703 80 000 5, as of October 8, 2026, inclusive.
1) The remainder of the quota for entities that are dealer-distributors is 862 units or 75% has been used,
2) The remainder of the quota for entities that are not dealer-distributors is 204 units or 99% has been used.
