The State Institution "Hydrometeorological Service and Monitoring" has presented the weather forecasts for the upcoming days for Yerevan and the territory of the republic. During the first week of June, precipitation and wind strengthening are expected, as well as a gradual increase in air temperature:
Weather in Yerevan
June 2-6. In the evening hours, brief rain and thunderstorms are possible in some areas of the capital:
June 7. Brief rain and thunderstorms are expected at night and in the evening:
Wind strengthening. During thunderstorms, wind strengthening is possible with a speed of 17-20 m/s.
Weather in the Republic
June 2 (during the day), June 3-6 (mainly after noon), June 7 (throughout the day). Brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in some regions, and hail is also possible in places.
June 3-6 (at night). Dry weather is expected.
Wind strength and temperature
The wind will be northwestern at a speed of 2-5 m/s, but during thunderstorms, wind strengthening is expected at a speed of 17-20 m/s.
The air temperature will gradually rise by 2-4 degrees on June 4-5.
