Today, the regular meeting of the Government of the Republic of Armenia took place under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
On the Peace Declaration
At the beginning of the meeting, the Prime Minister referred to the established peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, noting that the declaration signed in Washington on August 8 marks a new phase in the country's development agenda. According to Pashinyan, the upcoming work will be constructive and creative.
Road Construction
The government has allocated 9.6 billion drams for the reconstruction, renovation, and construction of the republic's roads and transport facilities. The projects include the renovation and medium repair of more than 115 km of road. In particular:

Renovation of a 0.9 km section of the road from Gyumri to the Republic of Armenia border,

Renovation of a 3.8 km section passing through the city of Vedi,
-
Renovation of a 10 km section of the Arazap - Argavand road,
-
Renovation of a 2.3 km section of Vardanants Street in Vanadzor,
-
Renovation of a 10 km section of the Sisian - Ashotavan - Tasik road and other projects.
In total, 205 km of road has already been asphalted by 2025.
Energy-Efficient Renovation Program
The government has allocated an additional 3.5 billion drams for the energy-efficient renovation program for apartments and individual houses. 30,000 beneficiaries have benefited from the program, with 83 billion drams in loans provided by banks.
Digital Toolkit for State Registration of Property
A package of legislative amendments has been approved, which provides for the online signing of real estate purchase and sale contracts through the "I am" identification system. The system will allow for the automatic registration of the buyer's rights and the termination of the seller's rights.
Agricultural Support
The government has approved support for farmers amounting to 428.5 million drams. The support will be provided to farms engaged in livestock and crop production in the form of expense reimbursement.
Investment Projects

"Vellar Group" LLC plans to build a chocolate and confectionery factory in Yerevan with an investment of 8 billion drams. By 2028, it is expected to create up to 900 jobs.

"Rose Garden" LLC will build a greenhouse complex for roses in Gegharkunik with an investment of 2.3 billion drams. The project will create 50 jobs.
Pan-Armenian Games Sports Village
A project has been approved for the construction of a sports village for the Pan-Armenian Games in the Jrvajh community of Kotayk province, covering an area of 23.3 hectares. The total cost of the project is about 20.9 billion drams. It is expected to create around 1240 jobs.
Legislative Initiatives
Several legislative drafts have been approved by the government:

Amendments to the "State Debt Law" and related laws with new regulations for state debt management,

Amendments to the "Law on the Budgetary System of the Republic of Armenia" for the management of tax-budgetary risks,

Draft law on "Climate" aimed at creating legal foundations for the implementation of climate policy.
Other Decisions

603 passports have been issued to RA citizens in foreign countries (264 in Damascus, 339 in Aleppo).

The renovation program for the buildings of "Yerevan Electric Transport" has been approved, with a total value of 955 million drams.

The list of Armenian roads that are part of the international road network has been approved.
