On October 8, the Government approved the draft decision to co-finance subvention programs aimed at the development of community infrastructure with 1 billion 153 million drams. The project was presented by the Minister of Territorial Administration Davit Khudatyan:
Why is this important. The allocated funds will co-finance 23 subvention programs in 13 communities. With this allocation, the total volume of co-financing provided from the state budget in 2026 will reach 13 billion 165 million drams:

Tavush region — 7 programs
Lori region — 3 programs
Gegharkunik region — 2 programs
Ararat region — 1 program
Kotayk region — 1 program
Syunik region — 1 program
What works will be carried out. According to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the programs cover a wide range of infrastructure.
Road construction. Asphalt paving, major repairs, paving, cobblestone laying, and construction of retaining walls:
Water supply. Construction and renovation of drinking and irrigation pipelines/reservoirs, installation of observation wells and water meters:
